As with most Under Armour clothing, very good quality material. Seems to resist light rain fairly well, but not designed for warmth. I'm 5'11, 186 lbs, with a 36" waist, and I ordered a large size that fit nicely but not much extra room including the length if you want to use my measurements as a guide. Also, the waist ban does not have draw ties to tighten the waist if needed, however, it is very well constructed to hold without it. The large would probably accommodate a 35-38 waist. Hope this helps...These are high quality pants. They are much more elastic than they look. I've worn them in low 50's weather and find them warm enough.The legs are quite thin. The rest of this garment is as advertised.I purchased this item as a birthday present for a nephew. The item is too big, but there isn’t a way to return them because the order window closed.
