The pants for the money are a good quality and value. I found them more a skinny fit then the slim that was advertised.Loved the color and the fabric but the slim fit wasn't right for me. I even went up a size but still didn't like the fit.Although the pants are light in color, they "faded" and spotted in the first wash. Ruined. I do not recommend this productDid not like the material or fit.I bought these for my boyfriend and soon was urged to buy a second pair. They are soft, comfortable and durable. They've made it though a few hikes with no damage or stains. It would not be unlikely that I buy a third pair for him.This was my 4th pair of these Chinos and it’s unfortunate that Amazon lump all the product reviews together when you buy separate items.The previous chinos that I purchased were extra slim, these most recent black chinos are standard slim however Amazon do not provide the opportunity to write a separate reviews so the previous three pairs of chinos have to suffer the bad review of the last pair I received yesterday. The previous 3 pairs of chinos were great and I had given 5 stars.I only give this pair a single star so that I can write this review!They arrived not in the usual cellophane bag with manufacturers label but screwed up in an Amazon grey plastic delivery bag with no label and look like they have just been put through the washing machine and not ironed.Nevertheless I tried them on to see what they were like for fit and whilst doing so put my hand in the pocket and was disgusted to discover a used tissue, rolled up as they do after they’ve been through a washing machine.When I remove the tissue from the pocket and pull the pocket lining out it was full of the usual bits of tissue that you get after a tissue has been through the washing machine.Not only that but both pockets had clear evidence of sustained use with the cotton linings covered with little cotton nodules that you get from wear.This is an Amazon own product and Amazon would have been aware of the condition of the product when packing it to send to me. Amazon would also have been aware of the condition of the product when they received it back from the previous purchaser. The saving grace is that Amazon gave me a full refund and told me I do not need to return them so I have put them through three cycles in the washing machine to make absolutely certain they are clean and hygienic.I had asked for replacement but they are not available for the foreseeable future.A very disappointing purchase and bad on Amazon.Bought these as the husband had the cream coloured ones and they fit really nicely, unfortunately the navy didn't fit the same even though both were 32/32. Honestly such a shame, nevertheless he says they are comfy but he also doesn't like the fit; much too baggy all over. Seems like a bit of a crap shoot whether you get baggy or fitted depending on colour.These trousers are purple, not red. They are skinny fit, not slim fit. Cheaply finished product which has been sent straight back.On top of this the Amazon driver just dumped them on my doorstep without even ringing the bell … and my neighbour and I were both by chance at home watching him! But he had vanished by the time I got to the door. On top of this he reported they had been handed to me. Not impressed.I'm fed up paying top dollar for i'll fitting trousers and jeans - so at this very good price I said to myself that they couldn't possibly be worse than the very expensive trousers/Chinos in shops. I am nicely surprised. These are great. Fit is perfect - its so hard to get 34+ leg in most shops in Dublin. Also Black seems to be a hard colour to get but Meraki had them. I got the slim, straight leg 34W x 34L -- I think I'll try the regular fit now as my stock of pants is low.
